MSG, MonoSodium Glutamate, also known by its most common brand name, Ajinomoto is a taste enhancer.

At Tin Jo, we have made sure that no MSG is present in any of our dishes.  We have checked all ingredients (such as soy sauce, oyster sauce) to make sure that MSG is not present in any of the products that go into our dishes.
Many people are allergic to this condiment.

We believe that for dishes to be delicious, it is not necessary to use artificial flavor enhancer.  The best flavors come naturally from Mother Earth.
