in the school yard in front of the Red Cross in downtown Escazú

At  Tin Jo, we try to use organic vegetables whenever they are available in all our dishes.

Depending on whether conditions, organic vegetables are not always available.  But whenever they are, we make sure to buy them.  We believe they are good for the earth, good for our health and our hearts.

The most commonly available organic vegetables in Costa Rica are: broccoli, carrots, lettuce, potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, Swiss chard, scallions, cilantro and mint.

No siempre hay de todo en orgánico, pero tratamos de comprar de lo que hay.
